The villa is composed of two independent buildings, facing each other and connected by a wrought-iron canopy, creating a harmonious flow between the spaces and inviting guests to experience the outdoors as a natural extension of the home.

The main building is an ancient pagliarone, carefully restored in full respect of its original character. Stone walls and tuff surfaces have been preserved to tell the story of the place, blending beautifully with essential furnishings and natural materials. This space features a functional kitchen, a cozy living area with a double sofa bed, and a full bathroom.

Opposite, the second building hosts a private and comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, designed to ensure privacy, tranquility, and truly restorative rest.

The outdoor areas include:
a covered dining area ideal for slow breakfasts and dinners under the stars, a spacious relaxation area with a 4-person hot tub, surrounded by an elegant wooden deck that serves as a sunbathing area, and a charming outdoor shower, set in nature and sheltered by a minimalist iron structure.
